WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
due to all items being
pre-orders, i do not accept
returns or exchanges.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
we do not offer refunds on orders. no exceptions.
if you have accidentally placed an order, we can only cancel it within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
if you entered the wrong address/forgot your apartment number and your order has not shipped, please message us with the correct address and we will update it for you!
if your order has already shipped, or was marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the cost of reshipment.

pre-orders take between 4-6 weeks in addition to shipping
I RECEIVED TRACKING BUT MY ORDER HASN'T MOVED?
when you receive a shipping email with tracking, that means that i bought the shipping label, however your order has not actually shipped yet.
sometimes when there are a lot of orders to pack from a launch, we will purchase shipping labels in advance to prepare for packing so we can ship your order out the same day it's ready!
WILL MY ORDER GET HERE BEFORE MY VACATION?
if you need your order to arrive before your vacation, leave a note at checkout! we will try our best to make it happen!
we can also ship to hotels, as long as they accept packages.
please note: once we ship out an order, we are no longer responsible for it.
*hotels usually charge a small fee (around $5/$6) at bell services for holding packages.
