WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
due to the pandemic, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to come up with a solution! :)
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
we do not offer refunds on orders. no exceptions.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
if you entered the wrong address/forgot your apartment number and your order has not shipped, please message us with the correct address and we will update it for you!
if your order has already shipped, or was marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the cost of reshipment.
CAN I FIND YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

standard shipping: 5-10 days after fulfillment
express shipping: 3-5 days after fulfillment
fulfillment times are generally 1-2 weeks unless noted otherwise in the product information.
*all halfway to halloween items have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks

ordered may 02-15: june 05-08
ordered may 16-may 29: june 20-25
ordered may 30-june 12: july 05-july 08
*pre-orders have different turnaround times since they are made to order in bulk and take longer. most pre-orders take between 4-6 weeks for fulfillment.
I RECEIVED TRACKING BUT MY ORDER HASN'T MOVED?
when you receive a shipping email with tracking, that means that we bought the shipping label, however your order has not actually shipped yet.
sometimes when we have a lot of orders to pack from a launch, we will purchase shipping labels in advance to prepare for packing so we can ship your order out the same day it's ready!
WILL MY ORDER GET HERE BEFORE MY VACATION?
if you need your order to arrive before your vacation, leave a note at checkout! we will try our best to make it happen!
we can also ship to hotels, as long as they accept packages.
please note: once we ship out an order, we are no longer responsible for it.
*hotels usually charge a small fee (around $5/$6) at bell services for holding packages.
CAN I BE FEATURED ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! however, be aware that there may be additional customs charges when shipping internationally, which you (the buyer) are responsible for.
